Our aim is to work with you and your dog to make a plan best suited to your needs, with your dog's welfare at the heart of our training. We only use the best methods available and never train with pain or fear. Training should be fun for all!

About Elmtree Dogs:
When our head trainer Emma took her young German Shepherd, Fudge, to training classes, she realised how much she enjoyed teaching dogs new skills, and watching them flourish. Emma decided to continue her education into dog training and behaviour.

In 2022, Emma graduated with a BSc (Hons) degree in Animal Behaviour & Training; in the same year, Elmtree Dogs was born. Emma went on to graduate with an MSc degree of the same title in 2024.
With a new-found passion for scentwork, Emma also passed the UK Sniffer Dogs Scent Detection Instructors course in 2024.
She attends additional seminars and workshops whenever possible - the most recent being a Predation Substitute Training seminar.
